I just came across this post about managing that, I think, is definitely right on track. I have not that much experience in the field, but I think I know enough to understand almost everything posted in this blog. Still, as a developper we are in a good position to see if a manager is doing a good job or not.

nice day
I manage to pull a nice day at work and get home early today. I am also really really happy about going to the train in bicycle since last Friday. With the nice weather it is the 3rd week day in a row that I grab my bike for a 25 minutes run instead of taking the bus to the train ( Read more... ) -
2nd baby echo
I am working from home today, because we were heading to the hospital this morning for a 2nd echo of the baby. It was schedule in order to ensure that the baby don't have these kystes anymore in the brain. It is normal behavior to have some and it resorbs by itself. Everything seems to be good.

We attended or first classes of the soon to be parents this Monday. I must admit that while being thrilled to start, I was down to: What I am doing here after only 20 minutes.
