This is one of those deals where you write the corporate office continually in pen and paper about the ordeal, give the managers name and store location and maybe they'll end up giving you something. Companies know nowadays that this isn't 10 years ago where a single person couldn't hurt them, now people have the internet and have more connections then anything in the world.
I've already been to their customer service website and written a complaint detailing the situation and how disappointed I was with the service how I've been a consumer for years and will never go back now because of the way it was handled. I told all the people at work and they were like "that's ridiculous--I won't shop there!" LOL
