Tonight I'm reminiscing the hours away.

My dad used to play this song on the guitar - it's the only thing I remember hearing him ever play aside from a series of cluttered chords, and it makes me feel melancholy.

Pictures from that I've been meaning to put up:

I took this on the way down to Indiana, so I call it "my sunset, day 1".

So the story behind this picture: On the first night in Indiana, a bunch of us were looking for something to do so we all walked over to this nearby Krispy Kreme. Inside the store, there is a mini-factory with a huge glass around it so everyone can watch. There's a conveyer belt of Krispy Kremes and at the end of it, there's a worker who puts all of the good donuts into boxes and all of the donuts with too much cream, not enough cream, or are oddly shaped just fall of the end of the conveyer belt into a trash can. So of course Steve goes to ask if we can buy them or have the bag, and when they say no, 10 minutes later we find him by the dumpster outside with a big bag filled with original, chocolate, and green sprinkled donuts and conveniently, eating them. So we all got Kripy Kreme hats and brought the bag back to the hotel just to show all the mentors :)

An overall view of the field...

The drive team prepping themselves for a match...

My CAT team testing out Matt's human interactive arm...

The announcer and our flag.

Getting picked: Zach says, "Team 548, the Northville Robostangs and Bosch, graciously accepts."

Fitz and Vett fooling around with the camcorder...

Some of the gang during a lunch break, and Zach, Matt, and I trying to show "548" but it came out as "845" - haha

That evening, we followed Marty's craving for steak...

...and then we went swimming that night. Here's Chad showing off his feminine side :)

Marty and the Judges Award trophy we won: two good things in one picture.

Ernie at the activity night - LOL

My favorite picture!! Fives, fours, eights, Matt's ghetto "R", peace signs, and bunny ears.

Skip Indiana, go to

My camera is busted and it will cost more to fix the external damages than it was to buy the camera and accessories :( So here's Kansas without pictures:

- delayed flight and missed shuttle
- longer shuttle ride than flight
- hot weather
- parties and raves every night
- meeting all the Pi Kapp guys and their girlfriends
- Chipotle
- amazing steak
- the Union
- cheesecake and jello
- watching movies and just hanging out with Kyle

Coldstone Night!

Maybe I'll update on my recent life when I have time.
