i just found this:

The ant can lift 50 times its own weight, can pull 30
times its own weight and always falls over on its right
side when intoxicated.
(From drinking little bottles of...? Wonder how much the the govt.
paid for this relevant bit of research??)

That's pretty funny, but I think they are using the term "intoxicated" in the scientific sense. So when you poison an ant, it will always fall on it's right side. I'm going to check this out next time I spray an ant with poison.
