for the past 5 years a particular item has been brought back to our annual davis family christmas party yankee swap. each year whoever got it in the swap has the whole year to figure out something awesome to do to it to bring it back the next year. The bear was a big hit with William, even though he already does have several. He calls it "Tebby Bear" and last night he laid him down to change the bear's diaper, and then had him sit on the potty. Of course the bear is smaller than the hole of the potty seat, so the head and arms were just sticking up out of the potty. It was pretty stinkin' cute.
