Yay! Merry Christmas to you! I don't know that you could have gotten anything better than this. Now you never ever have to worry about being stuck on her team again. Good for you and everyone else who has ever had to endure her tenure. Glad to hear things keep getting better and better.

That was a long lot of rope that had to be given out there but it paid out in the end. Talk about karmic debt.... It always comes. Now at least you all have been heard and acknowledged properly and action taken. I know how long you personally have been trying to get the organisation to listen with regards to the woman. But as in many other companies, as long as they are getting the results they generally don't very much care as to how this achieved, as long as they don't get caught doing anything illegal.

I hope its a long long time before she is permitted to attempt to worm back into the management hierarchy. ( My personal preference - Never ) Because she has anit-skillz in that area. As you know, I don't celebrate Christmas ... but this certainly adds to the lightbringing of the Solstice turning point in a very good way :D
