Is it normal for cats to play fetch? Teddy is definitely playing fetch.

My brother's kitten does that. And my cat used to when she was younger, though she just stares at you now completely unimpressed whenever you even go near her. So it might be a kitty phase. But I think it's normal, ha.

Yup. Shosheida (old kitty of mine) used to play fetch. She'd go retrieve and then drop the ball at my feet looking expectant.

Bella does that all the bloody time. And if you don't throw whatever she's brought to you she gets in your face and starts batting you so you can't ignore her!
The other day she appeared with a balled up bit of Easter egg wrapper...I swear she actually hides these things to play with later.
