So, uh! I've just realized that Momoko is, unlike my other characters, pretty familiar with modern pop culture. And this means that she'll probably also be familiar with some of the characters here. The extent of her knowledge will probably be no more than "hey you're that guy from that show," but I still figured I'd better ask first

Totally cool with it, over here. This applies to Kodachi only because the other three are either from canons that weren't huge in Japan or didn't debut until after '04.

You'd have to ask Rey, I think, as to whether she'd recognise Willow, probably not. And while Simon's canon was out then, it wasn't all that popular...

Wikipedia reveals the Bleach manga started running in August 2001... which means that the story was probably 3/4 through the Soul Society arc by the same time 2004. And the anime started airing in Japan October 2004.

So, pretty much all the Bleach characters in camp would've shown up in the manga by that point in time. I'm fine with Shunsui being recognized, but, you might want to make sure the rest the Bleach cast is okay with it too.

I think Champloo was pretty popular, but it first aired in May 2004, so -- hey, judging from the Wikipedia article on your canon, she would probably recognize him! Anyway, feel free to~ It'll just boggle him.
