More about Starflyer John Jackson

A couple nights ago, I dropped a bit of info about an upcoming illustration project I'm hopefully going to embark on this summer. It's a children's book called "Starflyer John Jackson" - a picture book about a very special pilot (special, because he's five years old) and his adventures around the universe with his crew as they travel to distant ( Read more... )

I don't have a link, but I did make a small donation today. I still have the autographed copy of the Quidditch Kiss from when we first met at Lumos (8 years ago!!), but I'd love the Ron/Hermione print.

Congratulations on all of your success. :)

ETA: By the time the book is released, I will have moved back to California. So I will need to give a new mailing address by then. Let me know. Thanks!

Woo hoo! Thank you, Megan! When you get a chance, message me whichever address will be active at the end of May and I'll send your print out as soon as the campaign is closed on May 15th!

Well, I got to this after your previous post so you already know I've donated :) If you still have the Quidditch Kiss one I would love one of those! The one you signed at Lumos was the victim of a severe reducto charm by my mum. The argument when I realised she'd done away with some of my praised fan art was Weasley worthy.

V...thank you so much for putting this out there so that we can help. It sounds like a great project and will be a fabulous Christmas gift for my grandsons as well.

I believe the last print is the only one I don't already have! Leighanne has them all, framed and hanging at her house so I'll probably give this one to her as well.

I look forward to seeing the final product of this project!

Good luck!

Judy

Super excited to help support your artwork V! I contributed my pledge last night. The book seems charming and I hope you make your goal. :)

Btw: I'm pretty sure Entwined was the first piece of your artwork that I encountered and it has long remained as one of my favorites of your work. I'd be thrilled to get a print of it if it's on offer. :D
