 ....do not watch an emotionally charged episode focussed on a character/actor that you are invested in last thing before going to sleep when you know you're going to have to focus at work the next day.

Same goes for reading / writing emotionally charged fanfic. And I never learn either... ;)

I'm still figuring out what being back at work actually means, besides getting a paycheck that is. And this is one effect I really wasn't expecting.

I spent all day at work really wanting to talk to someone about it. If I'd been at home I would have jumped online and read and talked about it for most of the day.

Still, I'd rather have the paycheck.
