My eyes are puffy and bloodshot. The skin of my face feels gritty and tight. My heart and my mind are in disparity with one another and yet not. My thoughts whirl and flicker and I know not the cause. Though it leaves me restless, sullen and awake.

Apathetic, withdrawn and fractious. I can recognise the symptoms, but whether it's that same apathy
