My friend Betty will be 82 this month.  She is one of my heroes; I've probably posted about her before.  Anyway, for our community seder, she volunteered to make gefilte fish.  From scratch.  For 80 people.  Whoa!

Our tweaks:
- left out onion & garlic
- added oregano
- ETA: added ginger
- increased Bragg's (which we used instead of tamari)
