I can post here and at the ReNext (Elmo's) board, Kelly'z is up and (mostly) down, Google is intermittent and very sluggish. I was on TBBS earlier (9:30 AM, my time) and it suddenly slowed down and timed out while I was posting. Since then, I've had as many as nine or ten tabs open and most of them showing the "Problem loading page" message.

I'm baffled.

I still don't know what's going on. I know it's not Teh Internet that's broken, 'cause it seems to be working fine for most people. I don't know what it could be on this end. I still have not Clue One why a small number of sites come right up and most of the rest time out again and again. The requests seem to make it from here to the ISP location in LA all right, but from there some of them go and lots of them sail out into nowhere.

Fuck. Not amused.

And just like that -- some thirty hours or so after 'Most Everything Suddenly went Scoodgy -- it's just as suddenly sorted itself all out.

Teh Intarweb likes me again. :)

I wonder if I will ever find out what happened? (And then a little voice speaks up (rolling its eyes dramatically): Are you kidding? Get real! Sheesh.)
