hey!! Yay for getting out there to run! I actually made it out for a run on Sunday.. first one in probably 5-6 months.. it was slow going and not very far but it felt great! Boy was I sore the next day!! Still have to get into a regular routine but I'm glad I finally got out there!
Sport, trainer and number 1 seems like an okay choice... I'm not sure about the sport, but when I first got my set I couldn't close the trainer, so the sport should save on a lot of frustration. BTW get some blackboard chalk and coat the handle that goes on the palm. Keeps it from tearing skin out. :) Enrik does the CoC's too, you may wanna ask him too. I think he's closed the 1 na. My #2 is still a few mm away..
I played with a weighing scale while I was at Walmart the other day (doing groceries). My left hand can clench 50lbs and my right hand can clench 70lbs. Gah... now I really can't wait for the grippers to arrive in the mail.
