Does it seem to anyone else like things are just "wrong" somehow? An impending war, more snow than the northeast knows what to do with, random explosions, club fires, botched transplants, livejournal technical difficulties, roofs falling down, owl rescuings.... I will not be surprised at all if a swarm of locusts comes heading our way

It does seem that there have been a lot of bad things happening lately... it's weird.

Awwww screech owls are the cutest! Even with all the horrible tings happening...it must have been nice to do something good...even if it was something small. :)

I think the only thing I saved was a cute and tiny mouse from certain death in my bestfriends room....she wasn't exactly thrilled with her new roommate. ;)

The good news is that Scarlet didn't come out til late October so she was ineligible for this year.

As for Durham, I'm still not sure. It's not looking good. Curse her for not coming closer.

ACK! I forgot the GRAMMY's WERE ON! Did Coldplay win anything? *drools* COLDPLAY.....*starts mumbling the name coldplay with a dazed look*...I LOVE Coldplay!

As for the situation with the "transplant teen"...*sighs heavily* *has a literal moment of silence for Jessica*....The whole situation makes me nervous for upcoming surgeries...

But I hope she is in a better place...

Norah Jones won everything. And Coldplay won 2 awards (neither of them broadcast) and they performed Politik with the New York Philharmonic. It was amazing.
