Problems with a Netflix DVD

Dear Netflix:

I recently rented the new Sherlock Holmes with Robert Downey Jr. and had some problems with the disk. There are approximately eight minutes of previews for films that I could not skip! Are you sure you just aren't buying the movie because it blew?

Heh... I haven't bought a DVD in a long time. I'm DEFINITELY not buying this one though :P

My wife is still in the TV room fiddling with this disc -- I threw in the towel after two minutes of fast-forwarding over the previews and getting nowhere.

I have another solution. When the Netflix DVD content that I purchased will not play within a reasonable time (1 minute), I cut the disc in half and send it back as defective. Eventually they will try to charge me for destroying too many defective discs, and that's when I'll walk away from Netflix.
