*In the mid-day, Kimbley looks to be working on the front lawn, his hair tied back as always. He is crouched down near some of the flowers and plants in the front yard, packing in some soil and fertilizer. He wore bright yellow gloves and has his shirt's sleeves rolled up to his shoulders

Would you like something to drink?

*he perks up and looks over his shoulder to see his Not!Daughter and he offers her a small smile*

Ah, Leona. Yes that would be wonderful.

[Kneels down next to him to give him a glass. She has a pitcher, just in case he needs a refill, and maybe some cookies, too.]

*He glances at the cookies and smiles a little more*

Did you make those yourself?

*He glances up at Roy and just smiles right back at him*

Not as much trouble as you're having there with your furry friend.

*He smiles down at the pup, but rests his elbows on his own elbows, titling his head to the side*

I assume you've been lonely lately, Colonel?

[ Ayu has been walking around town in her usual carefree fashion, but stops when she notices Kimblee's working. ]

Oh! Are you going to plant flowers?

*Zolf lifts his head, looks over to the little girl and smiles ever so sweetly, standing up straight*

That's great! I think Mayfield could use some more flowers!

But you know, I think Mia-san works at the flower shop. I bet she could give you some if you asked!

You seem to like flowers. Which would be better out front here? Red or white flowers?

*Kimbley glances back at Kallen and smiles, shrugging*

I thought I'd try something else around the house, besides trying to cook. *he says as he lifts his bandaged hands with an almost sheepish grin*

Well, with this at least I doubt you'll hurt yourself.

No, not at all. I'm much more careful about things anyways. My hands will heal up in no time, anyways.

[And as he walks past on his way home, he blinks, seeing Kimbley at the front porch. He pauses, briefly, as if contemplating what to say, but seems to decide against it, making to continue.]

*Oh he recognizes that short blond anywhere. He lifts his arm high in the air and gives a healthy wave to him*

*Zolf stands up from his porch and steps down from it, walking over to Edward, his arms crossed. He does, after a moment, lift one of his hands up to rub at his own chin.*
