new diet starts tomorrow morning

so far, 1 hour of exercise per night has gotten me to lose exactly 0 pounds.. although i feel like i have more energy, but my body doesnt look any different, just a little more toned up in my legs and arms...

we shall see how this goes, i'll keep you posted

nothing special, just making better decisions on what i eat, smaller portions, more meals/ day and the like...
