Well, I can say that since being vegan I've felt better than with any other diet I've had in my life. And I certainly do believe it's very possible to live just as if not a healthier lifestyle being vegan than being an omnivore.
But, just to make it easier on myself, and particularly because I am a female, I eat fish once a month. But I still make sure it's the best possible fish (local and fresh) I can find.
Do you think you'd ever try a vegetarian diet? Why or why not?
I would most likely have serious cholesterol issues if i went vegetarian. I already have dangerously low LDL levels. And I typically have a high Zinc content, so my kidneys and liver probably wouldnt like it too much if i began to consume more zinc.
That being said, I rarely eat red meat and dairy, and since doing that a few years ago i have noticed a change
