I know I haven't replied to all of your notes yet, but I will, I just wanted to post this because I'm so excited! OK it's probably not exciting to any of you but meh, I don't care :op

I went pole dancing tonight and tried the cross leg for the first time, which is the first time I've tried going upside down at all, and I did it first time!

Thank you! :o) I don't have any abs, though, I was just tensing up as hard as I could so I didn't fall off, plus hanging upside down helps to flatten everything out, lol!

Yes I am due to give an update... its coming soon I promise.

Bad news is, I am not going to be able to make the weekend, Graeme is working that weekend and my folks and sister are all in Florida on holiday then so I have no one for the kids :(:(:( Hopefully, I can make it next time - if there is a next time.

I'll be there in spirit even if not in body :) Hope you all have a great time xxxx

Hehe, well once you get your leg wedged against the pole and lean back, there's no way you can fall off unless you unhook your legs :o)
