Postcard from sunny Alaska-- it's a hospital?

My parents are in Alaska for their 30th anniversary. I got an MMS from my Dad on Saturday, and the message said "In Anchorage." I glanced at the included picture, and it was a hospital. Freaked out, I called him immediately and asked if he was okay and why was he sending me a picture of a hospital
