 It might not seem like a huge thing, but I went to the dentist today. I have something beyond a phobia of their profession, in fact last time I walked into a dentist's office to pick someone up I had a panic attack

Good for you! I've had a couple of bad dentist experiences, and have a hard time going myself- not to your level, but enough that the dentist is a BIG DEAL. I am so glad that you were okay, and that they fixed you up!

I didn't even panic when I saw the size of the needle he was putting into my mouth! WOO HOOO I am a little proud of myself *huge hug*
