hey !! goon on ya !! make sure u do not lose momentum ya .. u must continue the good work getting to know yourself better .. identify the "spirals" in ur life and how they start and move. The more u know urself, the more u will be able to "live" truly and completely.

Perhaps you could get a friend (or a fellow participant) or even a life coach to continue the good work which you have started.
