New Challenge at HPCR!
I am happy to announce that HPCR has it's first challenge up!
The old year is coming to a close. Harry has just located an unknown Horcrux. The problem is a Celtic charm was placed on the Horcrux making it visible only during the twenty four hours of the waning year.
But that’s not all Harry’s uncovered. He discovers a plot to kill Ginny Weasley at the New Year’s Eve masked ball. A Death Eater in training is tasked with poisoning her which Harry believes will be completed with the New Year’s Eve kiss.
Harry has to get to the Horcrux, dismantle it, and get to the masked ball to kiss Ginny at midnight. If he can’t do both, he has to make a choice between saving a loved one or inflicting many to suffer and die through another year of war.
Challenge:
1. Identify Horcrux, to whom it belongs (Ravenclaw or Gryffindor), and what is guarding it.
2. Outline daring mission to recover and destroy Horcrux
3. Discover the plot to hurt Ginny at the Ball
5. A midnight kiss between two people
6. Aftermath and thoughts for the New Year
The winning categories are Best Over-all, Best Romance, Most Adventurous, Best Drama
Closing Date: Midnight, December 31 CST. Although we won't be around to make sure they are stamped before midnight.
