So...I feel dumb. Amongst the mountain of tasks I shouldn't have procrastinated upon, it turns out researching substitute teaching was one of them. Upon turning in my application, it takes 8 to 12 weeks to receive the substitute teaching license. 2) Apparently polearm damage is calculated against mdef instead of def, but guns ignore all def and just deal low damage, so they both have their places... or so I've heard from much discussing and little play of the game.
