Nnng...

It was too hot to sleep with the door shut last night. Unfortunately, housemate took the open door as a signal that we wanted a running commentary on the game he was playing. He finally shut up at 7am. *Sigh*.

Apart from that it was a good day. Laura visited and much fun was had. And I bought raspberries. Yum =) Although now PMT is digging ( Read more... )

I don't think I will ever feel the same about any book as I did about Harry Potter. I will never have that same pre-release excitement again. Makes you sad, right? :(

It does =( Nothing compares to all the anticipation/excitement/speculation in the fortnight leading up to the release of DH. I also miss the little ritual I had from PoA onwards of reading the books in one sitting.

Too bad Henry was a d-bag and Anne went bye-bye. :(

I've been told I remind people of Eddie. xD;; He's so awesome.

I have a sliiiight obsession with fanfiction. >>

Harry Potter got me INTO writing, so I'm very grateful to Ms. Rowling. I went to the midnight party for the 6th and 7th books, it makes me SO sad there won't be anymore books. Least we've got the movies?

I'm not a huge mythology buff, but I do enjoy the Hades/Persephone one.

There is that. Not as exciting as a book release, but still a cause for hyperness. I wonder if the cinema staff would let me wave my wand around in HBP...

It is certainly to hot to have the door shut. Yet last night I was absolutely overjoyed to be woken up by the sound of a heavy downpour. Looking forward to finally getting a proper nights sleep this evening. It has been unbearable for me!

I watched the Supersizers programme last week. Was really good and where they were staying, Penshurst Place, is about 20 minutes away from where I live. I think they are going to be doing a Roman themed one soon, should be interesting.. lots of sardines perhaps.. eugh. Hehe.

Me too! I haven't slept properly in days.

I was very happy when I found out they were doing another series. Ooo, I hadn't heard that. I know next week is the 50s and I think they're doing the French revolution at some point.
