we've been looking for 6 months now and for 6 months we couldn't really find a place that had everything we wanted. what is it we wanted?.... well, i wanted the option to have an indoor or outdoor ceremony. preferably outdoors if the weather permitted and a semi outdoor reception in a tent. not only that, but i have this fasination with the water

yes i know. so far both our parents approve so it looks like its gonna be our place if we can work out a good deal!
