it is now 10:47pm.
i just had sushi.

That's okay if you failed. We aren't perfect. Just make sure you don't go to bed right away. Wait a couple of hours.

i'm so tired tho...

plus i can't. mom's going to korea tomorrow so we're helping her pack. well i'm just checking up on her ticket,baggage,time info stuff for tomorrow. but i'm literally falling asleep while i'm doing it.

That's okay then. Go to bed once your done everything. Don't torture your body. What am I talking about?? I torture my body all the time. I stay up till 4 or 5am. I am tired at around 2am but I force myself to say up. Why I don't know. I do this when I am off work. I think I am bat. I like to say up late and sleep during the day.

the number one reason ppl fail diets is that they make it too hard and get so upset with themselves if they make a mistake (ie back to day one).

our bodies don't like change and when you get so upset with yourself, your body associates more pain with dieting and you'll have an even harder time because your subconcious mind will sabatoge you because its trying to help you about that pain.

its more about developing a healthy lifestyle ... which takes time. ie. I gave up drinking dark soda, trying to eat a salad with every meal, drank more water, gave up most dairy (a little cheating is ok).

you want me to email you the lifestyle plan? if u do a cleanse you will drop at least a few pounds. it even happened to my skinny butt because we flush all the built up waste out of our bodies.

no i'm doing well... i detoxed my body a few months ago and i've been pretty good.

try the south beach cookies, they about 100 cal (2) and have like 5g of fiber the peanut butter covers the sawdust fiber.
