Thanksgiving is just around the corner and once again, for the 3rd year in a row, i'm in charge of preparing thanksgiving dinner. haha.. after you open that fedex package, i'm sure you'd be salivating for other reasons! LOL

My friend's mom once made a Kimchee Turkey. It was kick ass (well that's what it felt like coming out) and made for a great dinner. Stuffed with Kimchee Bokum Bop and garneshed with Mondu Gui with sweet potatoes... ooo good!

the mashed sweet potatoes can do it... but I like the yams with brown sugar, pecans, coke, and marshmellows.

sure... you pour a lil coke on the yams ... and cook .
at the end.. you throw marshmellows on the top and let them melt.

wow you cook too?! ok come on now, what CAN'T you do!? i LOVE thanksgiving too, all the yummmy food! i've always wondered, when a person makes the huge yummy thanksgiving feast, they don't ever eat it (or much of it) do they?

haha...there are lots of things i cant do.
but thanksgiving dinner is not one of them.lol.
i love cooking and preparing a large thanksgiving for the family, its so much fun. i get to boss my cousins around *hehe* and everyone enjoys my creation. You're right tho, I never get to eat much of my own food. LoL
