Can't cope with it between everything else and his mood swings I really can not deal anymore. I have tried getting him help but he won't help himself, it's like living with a scitzo. I having been trying to keep my head above board with everything I am trying desperately to cope with everything that has been thrown at me and that has got so much

If you've tried speaking to him, if you've tried to help him get the help he needs, if you've spelled it out to him, and there's still nothing, you need to start looking after yourself and the kids. Concentrate on your own head(s).
