Ooooh! I love UH-14 so much! Unidoll has some of the worst eye sockets. They are too deep and narrow for the size of eye they need.

The Mako eyes look so cool! I can't wait to get mine. I also ordered the same 18mm AR-030. I love how they look in your photos.

The weird thing is that 18mm acrylic fits just fine and 16mm MakoEyes fits also fine. If only I had known. XD No idea what I'll do with the purple eyes. I may have to see how they fit my Lu-Wen and Chiwoo. I don't have many dolls that wear 18mm.

What do you think of them? They seem to have nice depth and let in the light nicely.

They have a lot of depth. More than the original type MakoEyes used to sell. They are pretty cheap for urethane eyes, have printed irisses and a lot of colours most acrylic eyes have. I can see some pixels in the larger eyes, but the 12mm eyes are nice and fit great in my unoa face-plates.
They catch the light very well and "track". I don't have many eyes that follow me around, so for me it's a lot of getting used to that also the angle of the eyes determine which way you doll looks, often resulting in cross eyed dolls looking outwards.

Funny how different the same eyes can look on a doll and how much difference eyes can make. And I wonder, do you really have so many dolls or do you change them a lot, since I keep seeing 'new' ones. XD

I've been thinning my collection since last year, because I had almost 30 and I lost interest in some, but when push comes to shove: I still have so many dolls.

Eyes can make a lot of difference. They are the windows to the soul. ;) In looks, it sometimes feels like having a new doll by just changing the eyes.
I should try that more often, instead of buying a new one. XD
