I spend more time regretting the things I didn't do than taking care of the stuff that needs to get done now. My poor habits may be beyond remolding this late in the game.
And I'm a little low on "good looks & charm".
Drat.

Seriously, though, it's never too late to change your habits, even who you are as a person. This is something my stepdad has really gotten into, the idea of neuroplasticity, that you can rewire your brain just by thinking about it (and practicing it - obviously you won't become an expert musician just by imagining it!). My point being, if you want to change yourself, you can. It's hard, but you can do it.
