Hey, I just read what your brother wrote about you having to give yourself shots in the stomach. Of all the unpleasant things you have to deal with right now, for some reason that's the one that makes me squirm the most. I'm so sorry you have to go through that. Especially because you don't like needles.

You know, honestly, I hate the little baby needles about the worst too and dread it quite a bit each day. Between that and knowing they will be placing 8 catheters + over the course of this. The catheters I get are central catheters so they are huge, but they do numb me well and it's ultrasound guided, so in many ways it's better.

Miles thankfully can give me the shot, I am not capable of putting a needle the size of a mosquito beak in my belly. Yet I can stick needles the size of a straw in a dog ;) go figure
