haha, i agree with you 100%. I feel the same way about lord of the rings. I don't get it. Makes no scence to me at all.

The first three (technically the last three episodes) from the 70's and 80's are the best. These new one's coming out Episode 1 and 2, pale in comparison. Maybe I'm a little older (only 23), but even girls that I grew up with loved the originals.

Right on! I grew up on those! I love them, and you know i will be watching them this weekend.
And i'm not a big "sci-fi" fan either.
Guess it's just how i grew up.
