So once again I'll start this post about Capoeira. Definetly getting more flexible from it, and getting better abs from it. I think track could take a page out their book in regards to this. 50 leg lifts, 50 crunches, 50 sides on each side, then these bend ones for your obliques, then side leg lifts, and finishing it with 50 more leg lifts. Heh
