Its not a bad challenge, I promise! I have actually been trying to get to it all week because I've been so excited, but I've been super busy. Just to give you an idea, i've worked every day this week (including a 10 hour shift!!), on top of going to school full time.

I'll try and get to it tomorrow! :)

oh i didn't mean to come off rude or anything! it's just usually we get more than just two people :( any time you'd really like to enter and haven't had time let us know and i'm sure we'll have no problem giving an extra day to make something :)

Oh, I understand! I would feel frustrated, too - I know you guys are trying hard, and it must suck to be getting so little turnout lately. I just wanted to point out that I really would like to try and join in, y'know? It's fun! =)

City of Ember was another thing that I got interested in because of this Icontest! Seriously. And I started reading InkHeart this week. So far, i'm loving it. (Especially Dustfinger. I can't help picturing Paul Bettany.. whom I love anyways..)

yes! and i really love that the author used brendan fraiser as a base for mo though unfortunately i believe that new line has completely turned the movie backwards :( though i think if i saw the movie without reading the book i'd probably like it anyway... I think I might go see it tomorrow!
As for city of ember I think I might like the movie better than the book... though that might have something to do with the fact that the kid playing Doon is actually 24 and sort of good looking haha

I had no clue about Brendan Fraser and that the author used him as a base. That's pretty cool. I really, really wanted to finish reading the book before I saw the movie.. But I think I may just go see it anyways and finish the book after.

I liked City of Ember, but I haven't read those books either. I feel so behind in the times. Oh and Doon.. I also found him oddly attractive. Did you know he has a twin?! There's pictures of him on imdb.com. It's weird.. lol

yes i did know he has a twin lol i googled the kid because i was like "there is no way this guy is the same age as that girl!" which i find odd that they cast someone so old because they sort of eventually have a thing for each other if i remember right
