Woo.  Back in LJ-land.  I'm sure I've been missed....

Recently finished the hella big project for BS.  And it turned out freakin' awesome.

Finally bottled the mead.  Also freakin' awesome.  This stuff tastes so good.... Dry and crystal clear.  We haven't tried the spiced mead yet, but if it's half as good as the still mead, I'll be most happy with

The first one looks like it could be taken in an interesting direction, but as they stand - number zwei.

It would ultimately depend on what you want to use it for, but the second is more "finished." The assymetrical spikes on the first one kinda detract from the "power" and seriousness of the whole, though I do like the idea of spikes since they are more original than the stylized wings (so to speak) of the second. But as I said, the second does look more finished and professional.
