So for the past two weeks I have found I wake up at least 10-12 times a night when trying to sleep, wide awake and ready to go. Granted this is nowhere near as extreme as your sleep predicament, but yesterday I did a lot of manual labor outside in the sunshine (aka yard work) and then I had to go to kc. I found once I went to bed at 1 Am, I slept like log until 2.30 this afternoon. Granted I had nightmares but hey, sleep is sleep. PS. I am truly offended I am not someone your need to see anytime soon. Just kidding, not really offended, just a little smelly.
its proven that being on the computer or in front of the tv 2 or 3 hours before trying to sleep lessens the chance of success.
it is also proven that using your bed for other things other than sleeping confuses ur body and it cant tell when its supposed to be sleeping or just hanging out.
ps: you're n ot supposed to read before you go to bed either, its bad for some reason.
so start taking some nyquil or benedryl or buy some melatonin (natural sleep stuff) and GET SOME SLEEP!
