We are finally home. Took an extra long time to come back, adding a ferry ride to Pt.Townshend and a beautiful drive on 101 and I 5 to Centralia. Spent the night, slept in and made it home just in time to be traumatized by fireworks. Plan is to hunker down with dogs and wait it out. Sounds like you had fun - I too am battling with the dogs allergic to fireworks - 50% of them. Schutzhund and Mondio (you got that one almost right). Carole Sellers (used to belong to CAT and did a lot of USDAA with Pepper and another dog - lived in Newberg) now has a Malinois after she returned from Alaska a year or so ago and found a French Ring group around the Newberg area somewhere (I think it is the Willamette Valley working dog club that's been around for a while). The mini Aussies sound fun. Pity about the Frisbee instructor.

Oh, OK. Erin and Tanya used to be in our co-op and Erin still helps every now and then. They are both great!
