Heat and MS: An Impaired Ability to Regulate Temperatures

There's an article about heat and MS here. It seems weird to post this link now, from Britain while we're having an exceptionally cool and wet summer, but I know that N America is having the opposite of that.

Yah, in some part of the country, it's the "hottest it's ever been". Record temps!

I feel myself over-heating at times and I keep ice packs around. Helps keep me cool even if they aren't directly on me...just being near, you can feel a bit of coolness. :)

Unbelievably hot here, 100+ degrees F, just about every day! Lots of water, air conditioning, and avoiding going outside for me until this fall!
