I've got the construction blues

In addition to the construction of a new housing developement at the top of my little street (which barely has room for 2 cars) the city of vancouver decides to dig up the road and put in a new water line.  Every day is an assault course trying to get out of my road.  Yesterday was so bad that I could have done with a 4x4 as my little Jetta ended

That street really is a mess! I'm sorry you have to deal with it on a daily basis. Very frustrating.
