yep. i found out like 2 months ago.. i was previously diagnosed with i.b.s. and nothing that i was doing to change my diet made my symptoms change.. so i did some research and found out that gluten intolerance is often mistaken for i.b.s. and i cut gluten out of my diet. and as much as it sucks to not be able to eat it.. i haven't been having the stomach problems. plus i've lost about 10 pounds!
