The Postman brought me some Stonewall goodies this morning.  I went online to grab one of the puppy bandana's, and oops... I also got a mug, which isn't pictured, and the tote came free in celebration of IDAHO.  Anyways, all for a good cause ;O)  Extra woohoos, as I unpacked the tshirt to find some "Some people are gay. Get over it!" Oyster/Travel

Does Newcastle have a Pride Parade? Our Twin Cities Pride will be at the end of June...we are making plans to go this year, since Minnesota approved same-sex marriage and the parade will probably be extra festive this year...plus it is the 40th anniversary of Twin Cities Pride, so definitely huge...

Northern Pride is 20th July this year, and they've moved it to a bigger park. I missed it last year as it was the same weekend as our 80s festival in Scotland, which is 26th-28th July this year. Unfortunately, Paws with Pride is on 28th July, so I won't be able to take Jasper along :O( If I can find someone to go with, I shall be going along to Pride though :O)

Are you familiar with MeetUp? It's a website where you can advertise groups and events...do you think lesbians in the area would want to walk dogs together, or go hiking with dogs together? Might be something you can start up if there isn't a group for it...
