I mistook that phrase written on a sign in Rapids City long ago, the letters got jumbled in my head, because I was "hepped up on goofballs". (Dr Pepper)

I thought it quite funny at the time. (yes, I've been waiting 10 years to use that phrase, and now it's done, I feel so... ashame and embarass and expose)
