After seeing the Historical Museum we went back to Cherry Lane and loaded up the car with a homemade Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake that Donna had made to take along to see Jean. jeanerk1 Then Donna and Manolo drove us to Jean's home which is out in the country near Grand Rapids. This was interesting to see. And again wonderful nature. I never have seen covered bridges.

And nice to see you all together and eat the cheese and drink the wine.

I think the bug on your arm also wanted to get some wine :-)
I went happy to see these picture. I love nature pictures.

But I must look more in your journal because you had some more pictures that I did not comment yet.

You have never seen a covered bridge? I'm so glad that you got to see the photos then! They used to be more common a long time ago, but there are still a few of them left. I have seen a couple of them before, but never so many as this time. The cover actually helped to keep the wooden bridge from rotting away.
