Tonight we had potato & silverbeet frico (an adaptation of this recipe that I got via a friend) with garden salad

Yummy! Lentil soup is my most favourite meal, EVER. I could eat it forever and never get sick of it.

How do you make your pizza base?

I make it in the Thermomix ;) I tend to make enough for 2 bases and freeze half the dough, makes for an easy one next time.
Before I had the Thermomix I used a really easy recipe off taste.com.au but I can't find that particular one on the site anymore.

I love lentil soup too. I'm not a huge fan of most soups, I'll have some once in a while, but this one I just keep the container in the fridge and eat it twice a day until it's gone, hehe.
