If you happen to pass through Wichita Falls, TX on your way to Seattle, I'd love to meet everyone! Hopefully I'm just not too busy.

I'm glad you updated. ^_^

I'm sorry about Samson. Dinner, hmm, perhaps, uh, I have no idea. =P How about soup? Tofu! Salad? Fruit? Cookies? I'm probably going to have a black bean burrito tonight. One of the many "all-natural organic vegetarian" frozen dinners I have in the freezer for days when my parents aren't home.
Also, thanks for updating. :D

Green Bean Hotdish.

Basically, it's meat, green beans, and corn (optional) in tomato juice. Then that is topped off with mashed potatoes.

When I get the proper recipie, I will pass it your way.

GREEN BEAN HOTDISH (serves four):
Brown and drain a pound of hamburger. Add one can of green beans (drained). Add one can of tomato sauce. Mix and pour into a cassarole dish. Cover with potatoes. Serve, and enjoy.

I am eating cold leftover rice for dinner as I type, and that suits me fine.

Also, I was going to ask you about Seattle, but then you brought it up yourself. ^_^ Seattle has a really awesome outdoor market, as I recall, that you probably couldn't help finding.

I live relatively near Seattle. If it's a weekend and the 'rents allow it, I'd love to meet you all.

i live with my grandparents, so when we dont' eat takeout, it's always a huge hardcore meal. Personally, I'd cook...

Garlic Herb Chicken, it's my favorite dish aside from Rabbit Risotto, if you'd like recipies, I can get them to you posthaste.

well mumsy, I can't seem to find my garlic herb chicken recipe, and I doubt anyone in the family would like to eat baby rabbits.

I know what's IN the chicken, but not quantities, so I'll have to mess with it and tweak it to taste.

It's boneless chicken breast seasoned with rosemary thats been sauteed with broccoli, with orichiette *sp?* pasta in a garlic cream sauce. I'll tweak it and try to figure it out. Care to tell me how many you're serving, and I'll cook it up for those proportions to get the right amount :D (I lose count of your family @_@)

Thanks,
Daniel

We have 6 in the family. You don't have to go to all that trouble though. ~mumsy
