Before reacting to something make sure that you understand what it is that you are observing. Than make sure that you are ready for the responsibility for your own actions in responce to what you observe. And remeber we are all human with our own minds and flaws and mistakes, if you are goind to be a hard ass to some one than you better be damn

I do talk to people when I think they are "wrong", but it's not easy for people to do so. Mary is correct, most people do not do so because they do not want to deal the fight that will most likely come from that discussion. Also, sometimes even when you are wrong, you are so determined to be right, nothing anyone tells you will change your mind.
