Managers

Sometimes I wonder if managers are worth the hassel of trying to be an actual person-employee for them. I try to talk to them and they don't grasp on. I try to talk to a higher up and they screw stuff up even more. I think it is time to stop trying to play with in their supposed rules and just do it my way. We will see how it turns out.
