My vegatable soup

Don't any of you cook?(she wondered with a frown)! I want a good vegetable soup recipe(or any vegetable soup recipe), perhaps live journal is not the place to ask but I thought some of you might give it a go!!! Helllooooo! Cmon ppl!

My Mum has a great vegetable soup recipe around here somewhere *searches for the soup mixture*.

I have two. Does it have to be completely vegan or can it have beef consume? The consume one is nicer, but if no meat stuff is allowed then....
